Kelly Chen is a doctoral candidate at the Stockholm Center for Commercial Law (SCCL) at the Law Faculty of Stockholm University. Her research project aims to contribute to the development of international convergence in financial services regulation and supervision by assessing the integration and foreign access issues of regional securities markets. It is a comparative study of the regulations in the EU and China. She holds a master of laws (LLM) from Stockholm University, with a specialization in legal aspects of cross-border financial activities. Her previous experiences include research on legal, security and foreign relations issues in contemporary China.
